 - We have recently shot two wolves, says hunting team leader Arne Sveen phone to NRK, on the way to investigate the wolves along with Norwegian Nature Inspectorate.

He says that they have spent the Christmas season to prepare for the hunt, and that they have known about these particular wolves since the fourth day of Christmas.

Using so-called flag liner, which is a line laid out 50-70 cm above the ground, and a number of hunters, was made a large ring around wolves.

- It was first shot one wolf who tried to escape out of the ring. Then we shot a wolf to, explains Sveen.
