This week we have debated hunting and wildlife management in Parliament. Some of the things I brought up was: Hunting must be carried out with responsibility and care, and that there is a large-scale operation in which more than 1 million animals are killed each year in Sweden. It is therefore right to demand the hunters and their organizations. It is extremely disturbing that so much illegal hunting occurs in Sweden, and so few convictions come about. Licensed hunt for wolves should be interrupted when it threatens stocks. More organizations than the hunters' representatives should take part of the money in the wildlife fund. For instance it is completely unreasonable to Hunters Association receives more than 100 times as much money as a way Naturskyddsföreningen. The system must be made of.
