It is not clear what happened to the dead lynx as a family found in Inkoo archipelago on Sunday (21.10). But the carcass was taken out of the water already in the summer, says police now.

The police have found out that one of the rope that was around the animal originated from the summer when the carcass was salvaged.

At the other end of the rear rope had someone tied a large stone to ensure that the carcass falls in the water and held there.

Police do not believe that the lynx have died of natural causes but suspect crime.
